The OrbeeCash Partner Program allows our community to earn rewards by referring new users to our accounting software. By participating, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below, which are designed to protect the integrity of the OrbeeCash ecosystem and ensure fair compensation for genuine advocacy.
OrbeeCash offers a transparent, flat-rate reward system for all successful referrals.
The Rate: Partners earn a Flat 20% Commission on the net revenue of any paid subscription (Gold or Platinum). "Net Revenue" is defined as the actual amount received after deducting taxes, payment gateway fees, and any applied discounts.
Qualified Purchase: A commission is only generated when a new user registers a unique account and completes a successful payment.
Upgrade Logic: If a user registers for a "Lifetime Free" account through your link, they are permanently tagged to your Partner ID. You will earn the 20% commission if they upgrade to a paid plan in the future within 6 months from the date of registration.
To prevent fraudulent claims and manage technical refund windows, all payouts follow a strict verification process.
The 30-Day Lock: All commissions are held in a "Pending" status for 30 days. If a user requests a refund (per our 7-day technical policy) or initiates a bank chargeback during this window, the commission is voided.
Payable Status: On Day 31, commissions move to "Payable" status.
Minimum Threshold: Partners may request a withdrawal once their Payable balance reaches 500 units of their local currency (or the equivalent as determined by the system).
Standard Professional Model: Payouts are consolidated into lump sums to ensure secure and efficient bank transfers.
Database Attribution: We do not rely on browser cookies. Our system creates a direct database link between the Partner and the new user at the moment of registration.
Last-Click Priority: If a lead clicks multiple referral links, the final link used before account creation receives the credit.
Ethical Promotion: Partners must disclose their relationship with OrbeeCash (e.g., using #ad or #OrbeePartner).
Brand Safety: Partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on "OrbeeCash" or "Orbee" keywords in search engine advertisements (Google/Bing). You may not create "look-alike" websites or domains that mimic the official OrbeeCash login or homepage.
OrbeeCash maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding system manipulation.
Prohibited Self-Referrals: You cannot earn commissions on accounts you own, manage, or have a financial interest in.
Incentive Ban: You may not offer "cash-back" or unauthorized private discounts to users to entice them to use your link.
Verification Rights: OrbeeCash reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) or proof of promotion methods before releasing any payout.
Forfeiture: Any partner found using bots, fake identities, or "circular buying" schemes will have their account banned immediately, and all current balances (Pending and Payable) will be permanently forfeited.
Termination by Partner: You may stop participating at any time by removing your referral links.
Termination by OrbeeCash: We reserve the right to terminate any Partner account for breach of terms, brand damage, or inactivity exceeding 18 months.
Clawback Clause: If a refund is issued after a commission has been paid, OrbeeCash reserves the right to deduct that amount from the Partner’s future earnings.
OrbeeCash is a growing platform. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, or these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via their registered email at least 10 days before they take effect. Continued use of your referral link constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
OrbeeCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) arising from technical glitches, tracking failures, or interruptions in the Partner Program. Our total liability to any partner shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that partner in the 6 months preceding a claim.
Data Integrity: In the event of a dispute regarding a sale or commission, OrbeeCash’s internal database logs are the final and sole authority.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OrbeeCash is registered. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Independent Contractor: Partners are independent contractors. This program does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
