OrbeeCash provides cloud-based tools for managing finances, invoices, inventory, and reports.
Eligibility: You must be a registered business entity or a person of legal age to enter a contract.
Lawful Use: You agree to use OrbeeCash only for legal business purposes and in compliance with UAE Federal Laws.
Data Accuracy: You are the captain of your data. OrbeeCash is not responsible for errors in financial reporting, VAT filings, or audits resulting from incorrect data entry.
Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Annually).
Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT (5% as per UAE law), which will be added where applicable.
No Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specified in a separate SLA.
Ownership: Your data belongs to you. OrbeeCash acts as a Data Processor.
Storage: We utilize world-class infrastructure, including AWS and Wasabi, to ensure high availability and encryption.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect a breach, notify us at +971 50 791 1635 immediately.
Not Financial Advice: OrbeeCash is a software provider, not a financial advisor, auditor, or law firm. The reports generated are for informational purposes.
Verification: Always verify automated calculations (like tax or depreciation) with a qualified accountant before filing official documents.
While our development team strives for excellence, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. OrbeeCash is not liable for losses caused by temporary system outages or internet connectivity issues on the user’s end.
Our platform may integrate with banks, payment gateways, or third-party apps. Your use of those features is subject to the terms of those specific providers. OrbeeCash is not responsible for the performance or "handshake" failures of third-party APIs.
The software, code, branding, and "OrbeeCash" name are the exclusive property of OrbeeCash. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software—not to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell it.
By You: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the system.
Data Export: Upon termination, you will have a grace period (typically 30 days) to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our active servers.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Dubai.
