At OrbeeCash, we value transparency. Because our software is provided as a long-term commitment via our Gold (1-Year) and Platinum (3-Year) packages, we offer a specific window for you to ensure our solution meets your business needs.

1. The Strict 7-Day Refund Condition

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the moment of your initial purchase.

  • Eligibility: If you encounter a technical error or a system problem that prevents you from using the software, you may request a full refund within these 7 calendar days.

  • Finality: Once the 7-day window has passed, all payments for Gold and Platinum packages are final and non-refundable.

2. Business Changes & Ownership

OrbeeCash provides a license for software use over a fixed term. Therefore, no refunds or pro-rated discounts will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Business Shutdown: If your company ceases operations before your 1-year or 3-year term ends.

  • Transfer of Ownership: If the business is sold or ownership is transferred to another party.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide the software is no longer needed after the 7-day grace period.

Note: In the event of a merger or acquisition, you may request to transfer your remaining subscription balance to the new entity. This is subject to approval by the OrbeeCash administrative team.

3. Technical Problems

If you face a technical issue within your first 7 days, please contact our Development Team at support@orbeecash.com. We will prioritize your fix; however, if the error remains unresolved and prevents core accounting functions, your refund will be processed immediately.

4. Processing

  • Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

Timeline: Once approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your UAE bank account, depending on your bank's internal policies.
